In October, we traveled halfway across the world to spend a beautiful riding day with FREY riders in the stunning Alps, where the steep terrain presented an exciting challenge. As the most powerful e-bike, our FREY models easily conquered the demanding slopes, showcasing their incredible performance and reliability. Looking back on this journey, it was not just a ride, but more of a heart-to-heart connection.
During this trip, a FREY rider from Austria drove six hours round trip just to join us for the ride. This kind of passion and dedication deeply moved us. We not only felt that FREY products are loved by our users, but we also sensed an emotional bond that transcends just a brand or a product. This connection brings us immense joy and gratitude.
While discussing FREY eMTBs, we explored how we can better promote and serve our users in the local market.
