1.Preparation #
- Confirm the type of side stand and screws for the e-bike.
- Image 1 below: Round head screw.
- Image 2 below: Cylinder head screw.
- Note: The Assembly screws are bundled with the side stand, as shown in image 3 below. Different tools are needed for each type of screw, so please select the appropriate tool based on the actual items.
- Tools Required for Installing the Side Stand
- Image 1 below: A 4mm Allen wrench is used for tightening the round head screw.
- Image 2 below: A 5mm Allen wrench is used for tightening the cylinder head screw.
2.Installation Location #
The side stand should be installed on the inner side of the bracket (as shown in the red line area in the image below). This area is located on the rear left side of the frame, near the rear wheel axle.
3.Install the Side Stand #
- Apply an appropriate amount of thread locker to the front end of the side stand screw (as shown in image 1). Refer to the model of thread glue in image 2.
2.Use the appropriate Allen wrench to tighten the screw in the direction of the arrow, with a torque about 10 N·m
